Dieting (either to improve a condition or your fertilty) is one of the most powerful changes you can make to your health.
But being healthy and fertile goes beyond your plate, nourishing you on a deeper level; Career, Relationship, Physical Activity and Spirituality are some of the aspects that I consider essential for a good mental and physical balance.
In my programs, You will have access to tailor-made sessions; which includes holistic and nutritional advices, e-books with my favorite recipes to help you achieve your goals, and some video materials. Your sessions may be dynamic; Some could be transformed into a cooking class or a shopping session to your health food store and others will be more quiet and therapeutical.
All sessions can be in person or remotely.
