I was born in Brazil, where I lived for half of my life. The other half, I have spent in Europe with my husband moving from place to place, trying to find our paradise to settle down. We now live in Geneva, Switzerland, where we plan to stay for a while, as we are very close to Nature and have a quiet life with our 2 teenage kids.

My passion for Nutrition started a long time ago, even if I didn't realise much at the time. I was brought up in a macrobiotic family and food was not just for pleasure but also for prevention and treatment of diseases.  Later on, driven by a desire to help people get healthier, I have decided to pursue a Nutrition career.

At the age of 29, I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis and infertility. That's when I could really apply for myself what I bad been Learning my whole Life and I realized how much impact eating properly can have on the body and mind.

I also started to meditate and exercise frequently and the combination of these strategies made me realize the importante of a  holistic approach to life, focusing on the connection between nutrition, physical activity, spirituality, relationships and career for our overall wellbeing.

That’s when I decided to certify as a health coach in order to add to my Nutrition career and to improve the services I give to my clients.

I have also attended numerous cooking courses around the world on raw food, Ayurveda, macrobiotic and plant-based Cooking.

By working closely with my clients, I develop tailored made plans that address their unique needs and goals, whether it Will be weight management, food intolerances, improve energy levels or Women’s health.

I'm totally in love with my career and the possibility to inspire and motivate individuals to take charge of their health and transform their lives for the better.

Let's work together to achieve your health and wellness goals, one step at a time.

I wish you lot’s of happiness,
